You can instantly start or manage your support ticket by accessing the support portal directly from your MobileBytes iPad System via the manager screen (pictured below). This is the most preferred and effective method of getting support, along with accessing our new support portal (https://nextouch.io/support) via smart phone, tablet, computer or any device with a web browser and an internet connection. Once in the portal you can easily create a ticket, manage responses and check out our new Knowledge Base where we are adding self-help articles and FAQs.
